Add the Recipe Submission Form block to a page (or [rwp_submit_form] in the classic editor).
- Readers paste one ingredient or step per line. Amounts, units, notes and section headings are picked out for them.
- Submissions arrive as Pending, with an email to you. A badge on the Recipes menu shows how many are waiting.
- The submitter gets an email when you publish, and is credited on the card.
Guests can submit with a name and email. Under Recipes → Settings → Recipe submissions you can require an account and set the hourly limit. Spam is blocked without a CAPTCHA (a hidden field, a time check and the hourly limit).
