Every save is checked, and the results show in a Recipe check box in the editor.
- Warnings are probably real problems: no times or servings, steps that mention an ingredient missing from the list, a step longer than the whole recipe.
- Notes are worth a look: an ingredient never mentioned in the steps, one listed twice, one with no amount.
It never changes a recipe on its own. The only fixes are safe one-click ones you choose (for example “to taste” for salt with no amount), saved through the normal save, so Versioning can undo them. Ignore hides a finding for good.
Recipes → Recipe Check checks the whole site in batches and lists the recipes behind each kind of finding. Imported cookbook recipes usually show missing times, servings and photos; those clear as you fill each recipe in.
